If you’e above 18 and have a valid address, a debit or credit card, and a valid mobile number, you can sign up and book a Vet for call appointment.
Vet for call should NOT be used in case of emergencies.
If you think that your pet’s situation, or someone else’s, is or might become an emergency, you should IMMEDIATELY STOP using (or trying to use) the service.
Vet for call is an online only service. So, if the Veterinarians registered on the website think you need a physical examination, you’ll be referred for a physical check at local services in your are or the Veterinarian may help you book an appointment with them for a physical check up at an available date.
Vet for call lets you speak to an experienced Veterinarian over a secure Video call using your mobile, tablet or computer.
It only takes a few minutes to sign up and book an appointment. You can see a Veterinarian in minutes, or choose a time that suits you later on.
You can then jump into our virtual waiting room, using your computer/laptop/tablet/mobile phone. There’s no need to download any applications, a registration on our website suffices.
The system also provides an electronic prescription in the pdf format ready for download.
Just like in a physical consultation, the online Vet will discuss your symptoms. As it’s a Video consultation, they can also take a look at any affected areas, or listen out for symptoms. Whenever there’s a need for medications, the Veterinarian can provide you a prescription which is downloadable. You could print the prescription and take it to a pharmacy for collecting the medicines.
